Getting Ready to Sell

When is the best time to put your home on the market in the spring?

Timing is key. Sooner is always better to beat the competition. Right now buyers are starting to look. If your home is not on the market, they will never see it for consideration.

My best advice is to get your home on the market before the end of February. There may not be a flood of showings at first, but buyers who are looking now are usually serious.

Condition of the home is also critical.
