Often buyers are out there waiting for the right moment to jump in and purchase a home. I'm not sure there is ever a right moment. You do have to be prepared, though.
1. Do you have a steady job?
2. Do you have money set aside for a down payment and closing costs?
3. Have you talked to a lender about how much you can afford to spend on a home?
4. Do you know where you want to live?
5. What kind of home do you want to purchase?
First time homebuyers might feel a little pressure right now to purchase a home in order to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. In order to get the money, you must find and close on a home before November 30, 2009. That deadline is fast approaching. Truely you should find a home and have a negotiated contract on it by Oct. 15th in order to insure that you will close by Nov. 30th.
Think about it. Are you ready? If you can answer yes to all 5 questions above, and you want to purchase a home in the northern Cincinnati, OH area, call Sibcy Cline Realtor, Michelle Sloan to get started right away. Time and availability is limited. Don't miss this opportunity.
